My ideal client is a woman who appears capable on the outside but feels overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected on the inside. She may struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, trauma, or long-standing emotional patterns, often during seasons of transition such as pregnancy, postpartum changes, identity shifts, or later recognizing herself as neurodivergent. She wants a space where she can slow down, be honest, and stop holding it all together. Her goal is deeper self-understanding, emotional relief, and the ability to move forward with greater clarity, self-trust, and intention.
