I’m a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist with years of experience working with young adults, particularly those struggling with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma and grief. I’ve worked in a variety of settings (inpatient, residential, and outpatient) which has equipped me to creatively problem solve a wide variety of issues. I combine art making with talk therapy to assist my clients in accepting their authentic selves, increasing their ability to process and manage their emotions, and challenging dysfunctional beliefs about themselves, others, and the world. I am also trained in EMDR to provide specialized trauma treatment.
