I am passionate about helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD/ C-PTSD, and life transitions. I enjoy working with most folks, especially adult survivors of childhood trauma and abuse, immigrants and refugees, parents and adult children navigating changing relationships with their parents, people navigating the impacts of purity culture and high-control religion, and people in cross-cultural relationships. I provide an empathetic, curious, non-judgmental space to help you understand and process how you feel and to move forward without rushing the process. All feelings welcome! My approach includes Person-Centered, Gestalt, Narrative, Attachment, and CBT theories and interventions.
