My background includes work with adults, teens, and children in trauma-informed care, anxiety and mood disorders, life transitions, and identity development. We are always in the process of becoming—shaped by our experiences, our relationships, and the stories we tell ourselves. I believe that understanding our personal narratives is key to understanding who we are and where we want to go. In therapy, I partner with clients to help create healthier, more empowering narratives by tapping into their natural strengths and resilience.
