I support individuals and couples who find themselves stuck in patterns that no longer feel aligned and who are longing for more ease, meaning, and connection in their lives and relationships. Our work may involve gently exploring past conditioning, inherited or relational trauma, and the ways these experiences continue to shape how you move through the world. Many of the people I work with are spiritual, reflective, or simply seeking a deeper sense of purpose, self-trust, and aliveness.
