Hi there, I’m Kaori! I’m a Master of Social Work student at Columbia University, and I identify as Japanese and Thai. I understand how complex it can be to navigate identity, family expectations, and cultural differences, and how these experiences shape who we are. I’m especially drawn to supporting individuals through life transitions, multicultural identity exploration, and the complexities that come with change. In our work together, I aim to bring warmth, empathy, and, when it feels right, a little light-hearted humor to help make therapy feel more human and natural.
