I am an art therapist, certified Brainspotting (neuroexperiential) consultant, death doula, yoga teacher. I explore embodiment as interpersonal and collective liberation practice, to enrich our relations with our ancestors and blood memories. I look for field science and the unsaid (lived experiences), over evidence-based research. Neuroexperiential approach partners with the uncertainty of our infinite human potential. We co-regulate through the process of uncovering your unconscious, nuanced patterns, memories, beliefs around connection, change, loss and trust. Every life is born to dream, build, transition and grow.
