I typically see individuals struggling with life stressors, depression, anxiety, family estrangement/conflict and other events that can leave someone feeling broken. Sometimes it can take a little or a lot to get to a place that a person feels they can't manage all that life throws at them. It's rewarding to work with clients that recognize a need and are willing to explore ways to improve their current circumstances or manage their stressors. I hope to be safe place to encourage and facility healthy behaviors and thoughts.
