I work with those seeking a therapist who honors both Western and Indigenous ways of knowing, values connection to ʻāina, and is ready to engage in a collaborative therapeutic relationship. I offer a gentle yet steady presence, walking alongside you as you reconnect with your inner wisdom and strength. Our work prioritizes nervous system care and resilience. Over time, many clients learn to set boundaries, live in alignment with their values, and say yes to what heals, nourishes, and sustains them.
