There comes a time—sometimes slowly, sometimes all at once—when life as you’ve known it no longer fits. You may be navigating a shift in identity, relationships, motherhood, or midlife. Or you might be entering adulthood and trying to build a life that feels like your own. I work with adults in periods of transition: emerging adulthood, new parenthood, divorce, creative stagnation, career changes, and the complexities that arise at midlife. I also support families in transition, including those adjusting to parenthood, separation, or intergenerational wounds. My approach is psychodynamic and relational, rooted in the belief that understanding your emotional world creates room for new possibilities in how you live, love, and relate. I offer a warm, curious, and collaborative space for deeper self-understanding, where lasting change becomes possible beyond surface-level solutions.
