I am dedicated to creating a compassionate and supportive environment where individuals of all ages and backgrounds can explore their thoughts and emotions, discover effective communication strategies, and develop healthy, lasting relationships. I work with individuals, couples and families through times of stress and uncertainty. I can help address concerns such as depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. In addition to integrating The Gottman Method into my work with couples, I am also a Gottman Bringing Baby Home Educator and can help couples build and maintain relationship satisfaction as they transition to parenthood. A significant portion of my practice focuses on individuals and couples with issues related to reproductive mental health including infertility, miscarriage and infant loss, pregnancy and postpartum concerns, IVF, adoption, and third-party reproduction. As a former teacher, I also love supporting teens as they navigate life's challenges.
