I work with individuals, families and couples and I and am passionate about delving into the deep work of healing, finding personal stability, and uncovering truth, freedom, and healthy relationships. I excel at guiding clients through the challenges of narcissistic abuse and emotional abuse. Drawing from my own life experiences and years of parenting, I offer hope and encouragement to those struggling with the pain and trauma of betrayal, divorce, infidelity, and emotional abuse. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, or relationship issues, I am here to support you on your journey towards mental wellness. My expertise includes emotional abuse trauma, narcissistic victim syndrome, divorce and infidelity, communication and conflict resolution, depression and eating disorders, as well as anxiety and panic attacks. I also work with women to help them navigate parenting challenges. Additionally, I offer Christ-centered therapy for those who are interested.
