Hi, & thank you so much for being here! If you're struggling with life transitions, feeling depressed or anxious, or challenged by unresolved issues from your past - give me a call. No issue is too big or small. I am trained in EMDR & have worked extensively with trauma. I use a systemic approach (this means we’ll talk a lot about your important relationships) to treating individuals, couples, & families – including LGBTQIA, blended, and foster & adoptive families, & those that have been affected by addiction. I have also completed Gottman Level 1 training to offer specialty support for couples.
