The main goal in my practice is to create a safe place to connect and share. I work with clients with various concerns, from depression and/or anxiety to trauma. I believe that every client should feel included in their treatment, and that the treatment plan should be unique to each client. When working together, I hope to connect by creating a comfortable environment; which is safe for all emotions and thoughts, including humor. I am looking forward to consoling, comforting, and laughing with you, while working towards your goals.
