Life can be full of challenges, but you don't have to navigate these challenges alone. I believe in creating a therapeutic environment that is relaxed, compassionate, and safe, where clients can explore their feelings and experiences without judgment. My philosophy values the authenticity and complexity of what it truly means to be human, tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual. I enjoy working with all individuals and ages, including children, adolescents/teens, and adults! My approach is multifaceted, drawing from various therapeutic models including ACT, CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, as well as play therapy. I also incorporate a strengths-based approach to empower my clients.
