More and more people in today's world and changing culture are feeling lost, isolated, hopeless and overwhelmed with emotions that seem to come from nowhere. My work focuses on helping people understand themselves, get unstuck, find hope and move forward with new found skills and perspectives. I combine the practicality of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) with the depth of psychodynamic therapy to provide individuals and couples a safe, supportive space in which to understand the unhealthy patterns in their lives and explore new ways of thinking, feeling, and engaging with the world.
