We are all just walking each other home in darkly uncertain and chaotic timeline. I bring a deep love (and nerdiness) for how we become - while honoring that you know yourself best. My work centers on returning to the safety of self, finding relief, vulnerability, agency, and trust in your authenticity. I’m a late-diagnosed ADHD’er and work with trauma, anxiety, ADHD/AuDHD, moral injury, peri-menopause and religious/spiritual trauma/wounding. I primarily support women, non-binary, and neurodivergent adults, through a culturally affirmative, anti-oppressive, trauma-informed lens. Licensed in MO & KS. I’m here to walk with you.
