Hi, and thank you for considering me to be your therapist! I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board Certified Behavior Analyst for over 10 years. I specialize in treating children, teens, and adults with a skills-based approach. My treatment often focuses on feeling identification, emotional regulation, self-esteem, anxiety reduction, social skills, and skills to help with overall functioning at home and school/work. I frequently treat those who are diagnosed with anxiety, ADHD, and/or autism.
