I moved from Wheaton, Illinois to Colorado Springs in 2014. I'm passionate about shepherding people through difficult times, providing support; helping people grow. Seeking help through counseling is a sign of strength and hope; we all need help at various times in our lives, and I'm honored to be able to use my gifts and skills to help people find hope, healing, understanding, compassion, and empathy, as well as practical tools to make a difference in your life and future. My approach is supportive, practical, and relational with an emphasis on hope and the strengths. I'm certified in the premarital/marital programs SYMBIS & Prepare/Enrich, & I enjoy helping couples experience intentional marriages. I have interest in depression, self-esteem, grief & loss (I'm a certified grief informed professional, attachment, spiritual issues, communication, abuse issues, & supervision of therapists. I'm Trauma Informed Care certified.
