My ideal clients are children, adolescents, and families who may be feeling overwhelmed as they navigate life’s changes. School transitions, family challenges, anxiety, grief, or behavioral concerns can leave kids feeling unheard and caregivers unsure of how to help. They are seeking a warm, supportive space where they feel understood, valued, and safe. I gently support children and families in building coping skills, strengthening communication, and finding confidence and connection during times of transition.
