I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and have been practicing for over ten years. I have significant training in a range of therapeutic models including Narrative therapy, Trauma-informed care, Solution-focused therapy, etc. I believe people may come to therapy when parts of life feel out of sync with their desires/intentions. I see therapy as a safe and productive space to unpack problems and partner with clients for more possibilities.
