I am passionate about helping individuals manage their day to day stressors, emotions, and conflicts. We all experience feelings of being overwhelmed and it can be helpful to process what we are feeling and find ways to regulate our emotions. I enjoy working with individuals to learn coping skills, healthy stress relief, and provide a comfortable atmosphere where individuals can freely express themselves. I believe in utilizing a strengths based perspective to help you achieve your goals. We are all resilient, and sometimes we just need someone to help us find our path again.
