We are born to connect authentically with ourselves, others, and the world around us. Too often, some or all of these connections have been strained or restricted from growing. It is my life's joy and honor to work with clients as they create, build, augment, and repair connections in all the ways they desire. I have been in the field for over 20 years and bring warmth, humor, and practicality to each session. I meet each person where they are, and we discuss what changes they desire and which tools to utilize together in our work moving forward.
