Clients often come to me seeking relief from challenges like anxiety, grief, trauma, etc., but together we also focus on building resilience, self-understanding, and a stronger sense of peace in daily life. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree from Fairfield University and certified as a Clinical Trauma Professional.
