As a licensed counselor, it is my job to provide a space where you feel supported, heard, and understood as you seek to find healing and comfort in your life. I am an integrated clinician, serving those struggling with mental health challenges and/or addiction, with a special focus on pregnant and postpartum women who are experiencing challenges in this unique phase of life. Through treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, and mindfulness practices, I am committed to supporting you on your recovery journey.
