My passion is empowering young people on the path to flourishing and abundant life while honoring the family system and recognizing the value of healthy attachment. I have experience supporting foster, adoptive, and kinship families, single mothers, and individuals in hospice care. I have also worked alongside adolescents through a youth-development curriculum designed to empower teens. I strive to help individuals break free from childhood trauma, toxic stress, and emotional neglect.
