Hello! My name is Kara Sanderson, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Northern California and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with young kids, adolescents, and adults alike. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and those who have a trauma history, using different treatment modalities to set goals for progress. My approach to therapy varies based on the needs of each client I work with. I most frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-based work, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.
