Living in alignment with our unique identities can be really difficult & disorienting. I support clients in teasing apart their true values from those brought on by society or past experience, & collaborate with them on setting goals that are in-line with what we discover. I aim to help clients make room within themselves for life’s mixed emotions. We’ll work to process the very real and complicated human experience without pathologizing the mental health challenges we face. There is little to be gained from looking on our pasts with criticism. We’ll practice replacing judgment with curiosity as we explore what's coming up for you.
