My name is Kara Savage, MA, LPC and I am a licensed professional counselor specializing in helping adults who feel overwhelmed by relational pain, emotional exhaustion, and the weight of past experiences that still shape their present lives. I work with individuals who have felt unseen, dismissed, or mistreated — people navigating relationship wounds, betrayal, anxiety, trauma, or the lingering effects of growing up in difficult family systems. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but feel lost, stuck, or tired on the inside.
