At Spirit of Hope we provide mental health counseling services to our East Mountain community (and NM State wide via telehealth). We believe that every person’s story matters and that hope can grow even in the most difficult seasons. Our team is dedicated to providing quality mental health care that meets you where you are and creates lasting change. We believe in evidenced based treatment and offering you interventions and tools that are not only researched, but will be effective for you and your specific needs. We offer EMDR, RTM, Lifespan Integration, CBT, ACT, and Person Centered approaches.
