I have a lifelong passion for serving others and a deep curiosity about the world around me. This curiosity has driven me to explore the many ways I can contribute to meaningful change. Throughout my life, I have dedicated myself to learning about politics and global health to better understand the systems that shape our communities and influence how we experience them. In my work, I draw from feminist and person-centered theories, grounding my practice in respect, empathy, and collaboration. I believe in tailoring my approach to align with where each client is on their healing journey. I have experience working as a career counselor, where I supported clients through significant life changes and identity struggles. I also offer services related to women’s health, relationships, and physical wellness. I am a Minnesota transplant and love to work with other transplants navigating their new home.
