My joy is in helping others find their own. I support people from all walks of life in processing their narratives and in creating healthy systems that work for them. Healing can be exciting; it can even be fun! The primary focus of my clinical work has been in working with adult children of narcissists, who tend to have some similar attributes, including: people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, low self-esteem, inefficient coping/emotion regulation, social anxiety, and passivity.
