Hello, my name is Kara Tiffany-Roberts, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) and Licensed Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LAADC). I teach mindfulness, self-care, boundaries, and awareness to all of my clients. I specialize in co-occurring disorders or clients that have more than one diagnosis. I treat all mood disorders, substance abuse and dependence, binge eating, and all family and relationship issues. I have spent the last ten years working in private practice with clients who have mood disorders, addiction issues, and family issues.
