Hi! I’m Kara. My clients often identify as “seekers” who value growth through the lifespan and want to live their lives with authenticity. My clinical interests include the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma-bond recovery, life transitions, perinatal work, and grief and loss. I enjoy partnering with individuals in the life long development of identity, value exploration, and intention setting. I also love working with other healing professionals, including social workers/counselors, teachers, health & wellness and medical professionals to find expansion beyond a seemingly all-encompassing role or narrative.
