Hi! I’m Kara. I’m a marriage and family therapist who works with couples who love each other, but lately, it just feels harder than it used to. Maybe you’re stuck in the same argument over and over, feeling more like roommates than partners, or trying to rebuild trust after something painful, like infidelity or a long stretch of disconnection. Whatever it is, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it out on your own. I believe relationships are where we do some of our most meaningful and sometimes messiest work. My job is to help you both slow down, understand what’s really happening and find your way back to each other. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and authentic. I bring structure when things feel chaotic, humor when things feel heavy, and compassion when you’re feeling stuck or unsure how to move forward. Together, we’ll get clear on the patterns that keep pulling you apart and build new ways of communicating that help each of you feel seen, heard, and valued again.
