If you are struggling with distressing emotions, feeling lost or stuck you are in the right place. I believe in meeting people where they are in their journey toward self discovery and acceptance. I offer a compassionate and authentic approach and will work collaboratively with you to build upon your strengths and help you to develop tangible skills and tools to overcome and manage your current struggles. I have experience/training with mood disorders, anxiety, relationship difficulties, substance use, OCD, phobias, trauma, adjustment issues, stage of life difficulties and grief. I utilize an eclectic blend of modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT); Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR); DBT skills teaching; Inference Based Cog Behavioral (I-CBT); and Motivational Interviewing. I operate from a client-centered and strengths-based approach in my practice.
