About

I specialize in supporting individuals navigating eating disorders, body image distress, chronic illness, trauma, neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, and OCD. Many of my clients feel stuck in cycles of shame, overwhelm, or disconnection from their bodies—and are exhausted from trying to “push through” on their own. My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens when we understand the deeper roots of these struggles, not just the surface behaviors. My approach is compassionate, individualized, and trauma-informed, drawing from intuitive eating and nervous-system–based care. I also incorporate equine therapy, a powerful experiential modality that uses interaction with horses to support emotional regulation, self-trust, and embodied awareness. Horses naturally respond to nonverbal cues and emotional states, offering real-time feedback that can help clients build insight, practice boundaries, and reconnect with their bodies.
