Hello! I’m Karah Weliver. As an AuDHD therapist, I’ve dedicated my neuroaffirming practice to supporting neurodivergent adults (ADHD, ASD Level One, CPTSD, and AuDHD) struggling to navigate a world that wasn’t built for them. My work often addresses symptoms that are common for neurodivergent people: masking, anxiety/rumination, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, trauma, depression & more. I use my professional expertise - grounded by personal lived experience - to help you move through emotions and challenges more easily. You don’t have to figure this out alone.
