Karan Steuart, LCSW, LAC I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, and relationship concerns. I also support those seeking to better understand and care for loved ones experiencing mental health difficulties. My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I offer a nonjudgmental space where clients can feel supported and seen. Together, we look at patterns in thoughts, behaviors, and relationship dynamics to foster insight, build self-worth, and create meaningful change.
