I have experience working with all ages but, limit my practice to those over age 8 up to age 99+. I have active duty Military and First Responder experience with training in EMDR. I am Neurodivergent Welcoming with over 30 years of personal and professional experience. I have 5 yrs experience with assisted living/nursing homes, and have 20 years experience with helping individuals through Substance Use Recovery. I believe being "Mentally Healthy" means having the energy to live life to the fullest with contentment and courage to face life's everyday challenges. No one chooses to feel fearful, anxious, sad, tired or depressed.
