Kareena is a clinical intern specializing in therapy services for individuals, couples, families, and youth. She is committed to creating a safe environment where clients feel seen, heard, and supported as they work toward emotional wellness, relational health, self-awareness, and healing. Her therapeutic approach is collaborative and creative, honoring each client’s unique context, personality, and goals. When working with children, she thoughtfully incorporates developmentally appropriate play and expressive interventions to support authentic expression and engagement. She is currently completing her graduate training in Marriage and Family Therapy through Syracuse University, where she has developed a strong foundation in understanding relational dynamics and the complex systems that shape individual and relational experiences. Kareena is working under the supervision of Karen Focht, LMFT, and Anne DeCore, LMFT.
