I have been working with children and adults for over 25 years, diagnosing and treating mental health issues. I believe there is a very large range of "normal" and we all struggle with life at times. My professional goal is to provide a safe atmosphere to identify and discuss stumbling blocks and guide others to a place where they can confidently be themselves, fulfill their potential and find joy. It can be challenging to ask for help, but taking that risk and facing your fears opens up a world of possibilities.
