My life experiences, education, and work as a therapist have led me to an approach that centers on collaborating with you to creatively explore and integrate meaningful life experiences, joyful and painful, into your larger journey toward wholeness. By integrating Dream Work, Internal Family Systems Model, and Jungian Analytic Psychology I seek to facilitate the re-connection between inner essence and the unique aspects of your personality. As a current candidate in the Inter-Regional Society of Jungian Analysts I consistently incorporate my understanding of depth work.
