I am passionate about working with individuals who feel that life is unmanageable and they feel out of step with the world. Often these are individuals with a trauma history, who are struggling with intense emotions or relationships they can’t manage. Feeling "out of step" can lead to feelings of self judgment and isolation. When invited into that space of struggle I will seek to provide a space for you to gain skills, find support to increase connections, safety and individual strength.
