Nice to meet you. I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Registered Art Therapist based in California. I also have certification in substance use disorders. I practice from a trauma-informed, strengths-based perspective, utilizing integrative techniques which include CBT, mindfulness practices, somatic approaches, psychodynamic, internal family systems and art therapy. I work through several different online platforms and take a variety of different insurance. Therapy offers an unbiased and non-judgmental space to explore underlying issues which are contributing to current distress. I believe we are all experts in our own lives, and by working with a therapist, clients can learn to heal and find more meaning in their lives.
