My ideal clients are adults, often 45 and older, navigating grief, loss, or major life changes. They seek a safe, supportive space to share their story and someone to walk alongside them through difficult emotions. Many want relief from the weight of sadness, anxiety, or overwhelm and hope to build coping skills that make daily life easier. Their goals often include finding resilience, creating peace, and moving forward while honoring what they’ve been through. Most of all, they want to feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change and hope for the future.
