Navigating this thing called life is not easy. We all go through struggles and need a listening ear, reassurance, and help sometimes. It takes courage to take those first steps toward change as we seek to find a more fulfilling and happier life. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you. I provide a safe space for my clients to share their stories, reflect on life experiences, and increase their confidence. Through collaboration, I will assist you in identifying your stressors and coping strengths, as you build new skills and move toward healing and gaining a more balanced life. With 24+ years of experience, I work with adults, adolescents and children, individually, as a couple or family. I am compassionate and sensitive to my client’s journey, and treat others with respect and acceptance. I have extensive training in cognitive behavioral therapy, and use an eclectic approach, combining evidence-based therapies to fit your needs.
