I see patients of all ages. I strive to create an atmosphere free of judgement and value the therapeutic relationship. I have expertise in CBT, ERP, psychodynamic, DBT, Mind/body training and CBT for trauma. I received training as a fellow at the University of Michigan child and adolescent outpatient and inpatient clinic and integrated health care. I provide evidence-based strategies and value helping my patients understanding their deeper roots of difficulty; and I help them find their inner strengths that allow them to choose and be in line with their authentic selves.
