I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field in a variety of settings. My passion is working with young adults and adults dealing with life's transitions and challenges that pose barriers to their personal, professional, and relational goals, while being mindful of the impact that culture, trauma, and other external factors play in these challenges. I specialize in anxiety, major life transitions, stress management, and mood disorders. I completed my Master of Science in Professional Counseling at Georgia State University.
