I identify as a first-generation Latina, and my lived experience deeply informs the care I offer. I’m committed to creating a space where first-generation individuals, people of color, and young adults feel safe, valued, and supported as they explore their identity, relationship and life transitions. I believe that no two people are the same, and I strive to create a flexible, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and a deep respect for each person’s journey.
